Independent hotel fact verification
The facts your guests decide on, verified in person.
Independent verification of the 35 guest-facing facts for luxury hotels. One visit. One dated record. Every channel corrected.
The problem
Guests book on what they read. What they read is rarely the same twice.
Guests trust what they read
Before they call, a guest has already decided from your website, your Google listing, the booking sites and the answers an AI assistant gives them. Each one is taken at its word.
The sources disagree
A dog charge on one page and "pets stay free" on another. A spa age limit of 18 in one place and 16 in the next. Accessible rooms described as "various" here and "three" there. Each was right once.
The front desk pays for it
The cost arrives at check-in: the family expecting connecting rooms, the guest who needed a step-free route, the diner who was told the kitchen could manage. Your team absorbs every one.

How it works
One visit, one record, every channel
-
Within 10 days of your order
Half-day visit
Every fact is checked in person and photographed. We walk the routes, open the rooms and ask the questions guests ask, with a member of your team.
-
Within 5 working days of the visit
Correction pack
A per-channel brief showing what each source tells guests and what is true, with the evidence for each fact, and a one-page Verified Facts sheet you can publish.
-
For 30 days after delivery
Follow-up until it is live
We chase until the corrections are published and report back on exactly what changed, and where.
What you receive
A dated, evidenced record of what is true
Each fact sets what guests are told today against what we verified, with the photograph behind it and the channels that need correcting.
